Now, this is what I call a cute camera case. Made of soft, waterproof neoprene, this roomy case not only comes in a variety of prints, but is also functional. A detachable handle lets you carry this case on your wrist. And, I never saw the need for a camera case until I got a nice one (camera, that is) and found that I was stuffing it into the bottom of my purse without protection. What was I thinking?

I first stumbled upon these earrings as I was eating dinner at one of my favorite TC restaurants: Trattoria Stella. One of the waitresses there, Jenny, wore a different pair every time I saw her, which prompted me to ask her where she got them, which further prompted me to buy a pair. I love their simple, yet sophisticated design. The drama of the graceful, long earwire just adds to their appeal.

I've even gotten to the point where I remember to take mine to the grocery store with me (instead of remembering that I have one back home in the closet as the bagger puts my groceries into bags).
